Terms and Conditions for Aligned Living Online Membership

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online membership services provided by Aligned Living (“Sole Trader”). By accessing or using the online membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the membership.

Membership Access:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

• Registration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

• Foundation Members will have the promotional sign up purchase price for the lifetime of the membership platform, as long as the Member maintains current enrollment. Should the Member cancel their membership and wish to re-join, the current price of the membership subscription shall be paid.

Membership Benefits:

• Access: Membership grants you access to the exclusive content, services, and features provided by the Sole Trader.

• Payment: Membership fees are payable on a monthly/annual basis as specified during the registration process. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer support at hello@alignedlivinghub.com

• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Usage Restrictions:

• License: The Sole Trader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the membership for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use the membership for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the membership or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the membership.

Intellectual Property:

• Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the membership are owned by the Sole Trader or its licensors.

• Use: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content provided in the membership without prior written consent from the Sole Trader.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• The membership is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• The Sole Trader does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided through the membership.

Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall the Sole Trader be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the membership.

• The total liability of the Sole Trader, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the membership during the preceding six months.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold the Sole Trader harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the membership or any breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration administered by an arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.

Changes to Terms:

The Sole Trader reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the membership platform. Your continued use of the membership after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By accessing or using the online membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Effective Date: Date of purchase of Aligned Living Membership
